What Shipping Methods Are Available?

To ensure you the best and quickest delivery possible, we use all the main couriers available. If you have a preference on which you'd prefer then do let us know.

What are shipping times and costs?

Order Confirmation & Pre-Authorization

Payment Pre-Authorization: When you place an order, we will pre-authorize your payment method to confirm the availability of funds. No payment is charged at this stage. Stock Verification: Our team will check the availability of your selected items. If any product is backordered or delayed, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you right away.

Payment & Dispatch

Processing Payment: Once your order is confirmed, we will process your payment, and your card will be charged. We’ll then start preparing your order for shipment. Order Preparation Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Information: You’ll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours after your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery. Missing Tracking Information: If you don’t receive tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us at support@ebreeze.co.uk for assistance.

Handling Damages

Inspect on Arrival: We recommend inspecting your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged:

Refuse Delivery: If possible, do not accept the damaged item.
Report Damage: Send clear photos of the damage to support@ebreeze.co.uk so we can start an insurance claim and resolve the issue quickly.

What payment methods can I use?

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ebreeze.co.uk.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any additional fees.

Dispatched Orders:

While the eBikes and eScooters we sell are trusted by many and come with glowing reviews from other retailers, we’ve chosen not to import those reviews onto our site. Guide to UK Regulation on eBikes

Understanding UK regulations is key to choosing the right e-Bike. Here’s a quick guide to help you make an informed decision:

Types of E-Bikes

  • Pedal Assist: Offers motor support while pedaling, up to 15.5 mph, and is UK road-legal.
  • Throttle Assist: Allows motor use without pedaling, also up to 15.5 mph, but not UK road-legal.
    Note: Many e-Bikes include an optional throttle. In the UK, throttles must not be enabled when riding on roads. Some models feature a quick enable/disable switch for seamless transitions between on- and off-road use. Contact us for more details!

Power

  • UK road-legal e-Bikes are limited to 250W motor power.
  • While 250W provides ample assistance, those seeking higher speeds for off-road adventures may prefer non-road-legal options.

Age Requirements

  • Riders must be at least 14 years old.

Legal Requirements

  • Lights and Reflectors: Must be functional for road use.
  • Helmets: Not legally required but strongly recommended for safety.

Registration & Insurance

  • Road-legal e-Bikes don’t require registration, tax, or insurance.

Where to Ride

  • Permitted on roads and cycle paths, but not on pavements.

Speed Limits

  • Motor assistance must cut out at 15.5 mph.

Non-Legal E-Bikes

  • e-Bikes exceeding 250W, pedal assist beyond 15.5 mph, or with an enabled throttle for road use are classified as mopeds under UK law. These require tax, registration, and insurance to operate.
