e-Bike Warranty Coverage
- Battery, Motor, Controller, Frame: 12 months
- Other Accessories**: 3 months (e.g., lights and chargers)
e-Scooter Warranty Coverage
- Battery, Motor, Controller: 6 months
- Frame**: 12 months
Exclusions
- Wear-and-Tear Parts: Regular wear items like brakes and tires are not covered.
- Damage Due to Human Factors: Misuse, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage are excluded.
Submitting a Warranty Claim

2. Provide Details: You may be asked to provide photos or additional information for claim assessment.
3. Resolution: Once approved, we’ll facilitate repair or replacement as necessary.
